1. INTRODUCTION
This Privacy Policy ("Policy") describes how Nutrova Group LLC ("Nurvio," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, discloses, and protects personal information when you visit or make a purchase from getnurvio.com and any related pages, subdomains, or services that link to this Policy (collectively, the "Site"), or otherwise interact with us, including through email, SMS, social media, or customer support (collectively, the "Services").
Nurvio sells dietary supplements and related products directly to consumers in the United States. By accessing or using the Site or Services, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Policy. If you do not agree with this Policy, please do not use the Site or Services.
This Policy is written primarily for residents of the United States. If you access the Site from outside the United States, please see Section 15 (International Users and Cross-Border Data Transfers).
2. INFORMATION WE COLLECT
We collect several categories of personal information, described below.
2.1 Information You Provide Directly to Us
- Identity and contact information: your name, email address, shipping address, billing address, and (if provided) telephone number.
- Order and transaction information: the products you purchase, order value, order history, dates of purchase, and related details.
- Payment information: your payment card or payment method details. Note: payment card numbers are collected and processed by our third-party payment processors (such as Shopify Payments, Shop Pay, Stripe, PayPal, and similar providers). We do not store your full payment card number on our own systems.
- Account information: if you create an account, your login credentials and account preferences.
- Communications and content: information you provide when you contact customer support, respond to surveys or post-purchase questionnaires, submit product reviews or testimonials, enter promotions or giveaways, or otherwise communicate with us.
- Marketing preferences: your email and SMS subscription choices and consent records.
2.2 Information We Collect Automatically When you use the Site, we and our service providers automatically collect certain information through cookies, pixels, tags, software development kits (SDKs), and similar technologies, including:

2.4 A Note About Health-Related Information Nurvio sells dietary supplements. We do not require you to provide medical or health information to purchase from us, and we ask that you do not send us sensitive health details through the Site or unsecured channels. However, the fact that you purchase or express interest in a particular supplement may allow inferences about your wellness interests. We treat such information carefully and use it only as described in this Policy. Our products are dietary supplements and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. 3. HOW WE USE YOUR INFORMATION

- To process, fulfill, and deliver your orders, including arranging shipping through our fulfillment partners.

4. COOKIES AND TRACKING TECHNOLOGIES
We and our service providers use cookies and similar technologies to operate the Site, remember your preferences, analyze traffic, and support advertising. The main categories are:
- Strictly necessary / essential cookies: required for the Site to function, including shopping cart and checkout, security, and load balancing.

5. HOW AND WHY WE DISCLOSE YOUR INFORMATION
We do not sell your personal information for money. We may share personal information in the following circumstances:
5.1 Service Providers and Processors We share personal information with third-party vendors who perform services on our behalf, bound by contractual obligations to protect the information and use it only for the services they provide to us, including:

- Payment processing (such as Shopify Payments, Shop Pay, Stripe, PayPal).
- Shipping, logistics, and order fulfillment providers, including third-party logistics (3PL) and fulfillment partners located inside and outside the United States (see Section 15).
- Email and SMS marketing and customer messaging platforms (such as Klaviyo).
- Analytics providers.
- Advertising networks and platforms (such as Meta, Google, TikTok).
- Fraud prevention, security, and identity-verification providers.
- Customer support and helpdesk tools.
5.2 Advertising and Analytics Partners ("Sharing" Under Certain Laws) We share certain online identifiers and activity data with advertising and analytics partners so we can deliver and measure advertising and reach relevant audiences. Under some U.S. state privacy laws (including California's), this type of cross-context behavioral advertising activity may be considered "sharing" or a "sale" even when no money changes hands. You have the right to opt out of this activity (see Sections 10 and 11).
5.3 Legal, Safety, and Compliance We may disclose personal information if we believe in good faith that it is necessary to comply with a law, regulation, legal process, or governmental request; to enforce our Terms of Service or other agreements; to detect, prevent, or address fraud, security, or technical issues; or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Nurvio, our customers, or others.
5.4 Business Transfers If Nurvio is involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, bankruptcy, sale of assets, or similar transaction, personal information may be transferred as part of that transaction, subject to this Policy or a successor policy.
5.5 With Your Consent We may share your information for other purposes with your consent or at your direction.
6. RETENTION OF INFORMATION
We retain personal information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this Policy, including to provide the Services, complete transactions, maintain business and financial records, comply with our legal, tax, and accounting obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. When personal information is no longer needed, we take reasonable steps to delete, anonymize, or securely store it.
7. DATA SECURITY
We implement reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, or alteration. Payment transactions are encrypted and handled by PCI-DSS-compliant payment processors. However, no method of transmission over the internet or method of electronic storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential.
8. THIRD-PARTY LINKS AND SERVICES
The Site may contain links to third-party websites, platforms, or services that we do not own or control (including social media and payment providers). This Policy does not apply to those third parties, and we are not responsible for their privacy practices. We encourage you to review the privacy policies of any third party you interact with.
9. MARKETING COMMUNICATIONS AND YOUR CHOICES
- Email: If you subscribe or make a purchase, we may send you marketing emails. You can unsubscribe at any time using the "unsubscribe" link in any marketing email or by contacting. You will continue to receive transactional messages (such as order and shipping confirmations).
- SMS/Text messages: If you opt in to receive text messages, message and data rates may apply, and message frequency varies. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message, or reply HELP for help. Consent to receive marketing texts is not a condition of purchase. Our SMS program is operated in accordance with applicable law, including the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA).
- Push and other channels: Where offered, you can manage preferences through your device or account settings.
10. YOUR U.S. STATE PRIVACY RIGHTS
Depending on where you live, you may have certain rights regarding your personal information under state privacy laws, including the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (CCPA/CPRA), and comparable laws in states such as Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, Utah, Texas, Oregon, Montana, and others. These rights may include:
- The right to know / access: to request the categories and specific pieces of personal information we have collected about you, the sources, the purposes, and the categories of third parties to whom we disclose it.
- The right to delete: to request deletion of personal information we collected from you, subject to legal exceptions.

- The right to opt out of "sale" or "sharing": to opt out of the sharing of your personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising, as described in Section 5.2.
- The right to limit use of sensitive personal information: where applicable.
- The right to non-discrimination: we will not discriminate against you for exercising your privacy rights.
How to exercise your rights: You may submit a request by emailing us or writing to us at the address in Section 17. We will take steps to verify your identity before fulfilling your request, which may require you to confirm information we already hold about you. You may use an authorized agent to submit a request on your behalf, subject to verification. We will respond within the time period required by applicable law.
11. "DO NOT SELL OR SHARE MY PERSONAL INFORMATION" AND OPT-OUT PREFERENCE SIGNALS
While we do not sell personal information for money, we do "share" certain information for cross-context behavioral advertising as described in Section 5.2. To opt out, you may:
- Email us with the subject line "Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information"; and/or
- Enable the Global Privacy Control (GPC) in a supported browser, which we will honor as a valid opt-out request for the browser and device from which we receive it, where required by law; and/or
- Use the industry opt-out tools listed in Section 4.
12. CALIFORNIA "SHINE THE LIGHT"
California Civil Code Section 1798.83 permits California residents to request certain information about our disclosure of personal information to third parties for those third parties' own direct marketing purposes. We do not disclose personal information to third parties for their own direct marketing purposes. California residents may direct questions.
13. CHILDREN'S PRIVACY
The Site and Services are intended for adults aged 18 and older and are not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 (or under the minimum age required in your jurisdiction) in violation of the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) or other applicable law. If you believe we have inadvertently collected such information, please contact us and we will take steps to delete it. Our products should be kept out of the reach of children and used only as directed.
14. AUTOMATED DECISION-MAKING
We do not use your personal information to make decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects about you without human involvement. We may use automated tools for fraud prevention, analytics, and advertising as described in this Policy.
15. INTERNATIONAL USERS AND CROSS-BORDER DATA TRANSFERS
Nurvio is based in the United States and intended for U.S. customers. To fulfill orders, we work with shipping, logistics, and third-party fulfillment providers that may be located outside the United States, including partners that operate internationally. As a result, personal information necessary to process and ship your order (such as your name and shipping address) may be transferred to, stored in, or processed in countries other than your own, which may have data-protection laws different from those in your jurisdiction. By using the Services and placing an order, you acknowledge that your information may be transferred and processed as described in this Policy. We take reasonable steps to require that recipients of your information protect it consistent with this Policy.
16. CHANGES TO THIS PRIVACY POLICY
We may update this Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices, technology, legal requirements, or other factors. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this Policy and, where required by law, provide additional notice. Your continued use of the Site or Services after the effective date of the revised Policy constitutes your acceptance of it.
